Well yeah i guess he will have to change the rules because in this way he might bankrupt or say out of the budget for the forum.
i dont agree with this though every section is paid one but if you will see every section has not enough posts except general section and before making this rule he must be aware of his budget and he wants more members for this he is giving money for referrals.
