wat about the referal pay? one of the referal my cousin has , he has made 39 posts. now should my sis mail / PM the admin to credit the referral amount?

Well, even if you are not credited for your active referral don't worry, the admin will pay you $1 for each active referral when you request payout. Or else, you can always send a PM to the admin regarding that and he will credit your account manually.
