well yes being a mod is such a difficult indeed. so i don't like to apply to be a mod on this site as i am not really active on this one yet. but i still doubt that i will get to find some referrals for this site though.

I agree with nash_avi, smartzcool has great skills about many technical stuffs which help him to make good amount of quality posts per day, and that will also help him to moderate the forum very good, so I think he is a good choice for the moderator post.

i have seen you at many forums and i must agree that you are good in script side.
I have seen many stuff which is useful and now i know that the competition is tough as you both are best.

ya i agree with you ,smartzcool has already experience of moderation but apart from him you also deserve mainly because you have contributed very well to the forum ,for you most of us joined there.

hey now nick is also competing with them for the post of the moderator.well i think that nick is also a good moderator as he is moderates the webmaster very well.he too stand a chance to be a moderator of this forum.

no i have not been paid yet. I don't know why but after my request, admin came online twice but my payout was not processed. anyways i have forwarded the PM again to him.

well lemon seems to be really working hard in different forums. will the mod earn more or be paid by being a mod. do they get paid by referrals also and by their posting also.

Well, yes, the admin replied to me that he approved my request and he will change my status to moderator on Saturday and until then I'll be just a normal member. I'm really glad about it.
Smartzcool, I hope soon you will be paid.

actually he is a close friend of mine and we work for the same firm so he said to me that he too was applying but in the morning today he said to me that he is not interested so i think smartzkool may become the mod here and nick has the same id as in webmaster.

I am little confused should I apply or not. Yes, Nash intimated me to apply for it, but I haven't still made a though on it.

i too hope so that i get paid soon. if not can you ask him why my payout isn't getting processed?
