But actually $35 for upgradation is very low compared to other PTC sites. Moreover, I'm sure once they become famous, they will increase the upgradation fees maybe upto $70 or more so if anyone want to take the advantage of the low fees can upgrade now. Since this is the cheapest upgadation offer among PTC site, and your friedn has already tested it and still earning $3 per month, i think you can try it too, it is low risk than you invest on those gambling site, which you have lose so much there.

Anyway, i always dont trust PTC site, so, i won't upgade for this site.
