Some doubt on BRL forum pl help

well, BRL forum has changed their hosting name and location to a new url now. Now we can direct access to the site through http://talk.thewebhostingdir.com/index.php

But i am wondering how about our referral link? do we need to change the url as well? anyone know?

Well although your previous referral link will also work, we want people to spread new links instead of the old ones.

But if we using the old referral link, it will only doing redirection to new link, but i doubt whether the redirection will also redirecting our referral id to the new link? Just worry it is not working by using old link.
