VPS plans from libertyvps.net and inet.ws are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

libertyvps.net - is good offshore provider. You need to bare that in mind in order to understand how everything is working there.
If you are looking for good onshore I recommend checking hostingsource.com.

According to their web site inet.ws has a lot of good options and server locations. This fact makes your choice flexible and you can decide and I assume shift between locations.

Maybe cheaper but better you check out other site as well. Check out these VPS hosts:

I wouldn't move from Hostnamaste.com openvz vps for anything, not while it's working as great as now!

I can not express how happy I am with GTHost.com cheap vps in multiple locations. I don't really enjoy learning about web servers and stuff, however, I have enjoyed getting everything setup, you just need to have a level of patience and explain everything in detail and everything will happen. The service is cheap with lots of great features.
