Shared accounts from scalahosting.com and owned-networks.net are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

Have a look at shared hosting plans from hostingsource.com ( the VPS promo is $5 for the first month for all VPS plans) and hosting.co.uk (HOSTINGUK10 - 10% off).
I have found these guys very competent & dedicated. As far as the price is concerned, they are quite good in price & offering very cheap rates to customers with great response & services.

About 6 months ago I started migrating my clients' sites to Webhost.pro cpanel web hosting and the process has been easy, with no glitches! They did a nice job in transferring my web applications - even if one single of them appeared not compatible with some of their security settings.

Shared accounts from qhoster.com and scalahosting.com are worth trying.
It's impressive how they manage to stay consistent with price, having no hidden random fees, and all of their features and speed/bandwidth is always up to par.

There have been some issues with server slowdowns however they where promptly resolved by Rockhoster.com hence the perfect score. It's good cheap hosting. The web control panel is sometimes a little slow but very powerful.

Accounts from qhoster.com and hostingsource.com are full-featured and cheap.
You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.
