Trustworthy Dedicated Hosts?

Hey Guys,
Which hosts are considered "premium" or "the best of the best." for dedicated servers.
My requirements are:
VERY solid network
very solid support
solid hardware
My budget is $100 per server per month. Is InsightHosting.us server hosting trustworthy?
I'm willing to pay more - I'm just trying to create a short list of three or so providers.

QHoster.com and hostsailor.com dedicated servers are well-balanced and low cost.
These hosts are everything I wanted in a host - easy, straight forward, no messing about. They are what you need and no surprises.

What is their backup policy?

You can get nice server hosting packages if you compare these hosts:

Check out servers from trustworthy hosting providers: qhoster.com (1GBITPORT) and hosting.co.uk (HOSTINGUK10 - 10% off).
Never have any downtime either! Pleasure to work with these guys.

Accounts from qhoster.com and hostsailor.com are worth trying.
Reliable hosting. Good hardware maintenance, so problems rarely happen. Support is great. No matter what the problem is, they help.
