Reliable uptime, and decent customer support! Webhost.pro dedicated servers have been outstanding.
They go out of their way to help. I had a SQL/php slowness issue and service helped me resolve it very quickly.

Servers from qhoster.com and planethoster.com are well-balanced and cheap.
Their technical support people are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and clearly take pride in their roles.

I myself am quite happy with GTHost.com dedicated hosting (17 locations to choose from).
They make the extra effort to be helpful. Very good price, great service. Recommend these guys to anyone, either starting out web hosting or for more experienced webmasters.

Can say that Webhost.pro web host is most often very responsive and accommodating. The few technical issues I had were fixed promptly, and were always handled by someone who was technically capable - unlike the previous large host I was with.
