But to overcome these limitations, it's better we use payoneer debit card, so I'm trying to learn more about it.
do paypal checks it always every time like once every 3 months if our debit card or credit card are still valid or not expired yet. luckily mine is debit card and that i dont' ahev this kind of problem.
