This site is from Alki, the owner of TheClickers. He had announced it on TheClickers forum. You can see it here: http://meet.theclickers.net/index.php?topic=3119.0 . But I think this will be the lower rate site like Cash-Harvest (another sister site of TheClickers).

And I would like to give further information based on the site:
- The PTC and PTR section: 0.10-0.30 cents and 0.50 cents
- Referral earnings for standard members: 25%
- Referral earnings for upgraded members: 40% (based on the information on this page: http://www.velvetclix.com/index.php?...berships&hl=1& )

If this site is a from same admin of theclickers, i think it should be a legit PTC site. Since theclickers been operate for long and still honestly pay to his members. The minimum payout is only $3, i think i will definitely join in.
