Need to find a new host (shared hosting)

I'm looking to move away from my current Host.
Currently I'm paying $10US/mo for the following:
20gb disk space
600gb bandwidth/mo
I'd like to find a shared host for a similar price with established fast and helpful support who isn't susceptible to the IP blocking issues and downtime is. My current web host's support used to be great but is now largely useless.
Backup services would be great, too, if possible.
Do you know anything about rockhoster.com web hosting solutions?
Are they reliable?

Have a look at shared hsoting from hostingsource.com and libertyvps.net.
They are excellent! Their customer support is worth the cost alone. I recommend using them for Website Hosting only.

I've been using rockhoster.com hosting for a long time and must say that I am fully-satisfied.
Uptime and reliability has been outstanding. Their servers are solid stable and never have a problem.

Well, Rockhoster.com is the best solution for your money. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
I haven't had single problem yet. They were quick to answer my technical question. I highly recommend their services.

These guys mean business. Hostforweb.com is not only the most affordable web host out there , but their uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months. I don’t have any complaint against them.

QHoster.com and libertyvps.net plans are worthwhile.
It's very easy to use, very cheap for anyone who's going to build his first website and the support is very friendly that even they answer even the most menial problems.
