I switched from shared to Cloud VPS and Virtono.com support was really helpful. Superb webhost - uptime perfect, fast support team, fast servers, Cpanel, pricing is cheaper than other hosting provider - they are EXCELLENT.
The KVM 1G plan (1GB of RAM) for only 2.5Euros monthly.

I would not hesitate to recommend Rockhoster.com OpenVZ VPS solutions to everyone.
