if you don't succeed in getting referrals then you can submit to me links where you promoted the forum,, you can also offer incentives for members to join under you.

well offering incentives might be a good one. but it is really difficult since if our online earning is not so well where can we get money to pay people then right....

Well giving incentives is difficult as we will ourself earn only 25 cent for it , but you can promote it in high traffict forums and with this high rate many people will join this forum.

Well, when we talk about referrals, it is natural that they should be active members, it is to be understood as you have already put the condition of 25 posts by each referrals.
Still it doesn't reply my querry as to how many ACTIVE referrals you want to delete the infraction?
