Look I am active in only 4 forums -

1. BRL Webmaster Forum (GPT discussions not allowed)
2. Webmaster Money (you are only promoting)
3. Make Money Online Kingdom (currently down, you promote there)
4. Diamond Times Forum (how can i promote in this site for this site only?)

Regarding the incentive thing, I never tried it out but the incentive is low, i mean who will join the forum if I offer him 25 cents for 25 posts?
25 cents for joining isn't bad at all.
it just takes 30 seconds to have an account at DiamondTimes Forum.
also posting there is very easy.
