KVChosting.net and hostnamaste.com VPS plans are worth trying.
The price-quality ratio is among the best I've met. The server administration dashboard is a very nice and professional, which gives me a great experience. Quick response time! I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I recommended NetShop ISP cheap VPS to all my clients!
Haven't noticed any downtime. They are very quick to respond to help desk tickets!! I had a problem after updating a script on the site and they were able to restore the site from a backup very quickly!!

To my surprise, response from NetShop-isp.com.cy is so quick, detailed answers are returned from their unique Helpdesk only minutes after I posted the questions. The tutorials are helpful. It's a great service. The uptime is excellent, their promise of 99.9% is correct.

VPS plans from qhoster.com and serverhino.com are worth your attention.
