QHoster.com and hostingsource.com plans can be quite good for you. Their support is really professional and responsible for all problems without exception. I have been used their hosts more than a month and I think they are really worth for hosting solution.

I'd recommend OBHost.net to anyone who like to have good server with good prices and stability.
Their support is amazing and I've yet to see any host that even compares with support options and availability.
