What's your hosting budget?
The value for the money can't be beaten. I have to say NetShop-isp.com.cy is really good.
Their tech support knows what they are doing and can solve issues fast.

Servers from asvhost.com are well-balanced with high uptime and fully-redundant network.
I have never experienced any downtime with them. They have been rock solid for me! No seriously.

No glitches or outages so far.
