Ya.I heard about that but the thing is Liberty reserve is costlier than alert pay.I am not sure about this so i would prefer paypal over others.

Hamm who told u LR is expensive u can't direct withdraw funds that's why peoples do exchange and always peoples get high rate for exchange their are small fees incurred for transferring money from one account to another one.

Ya.I just heard about LR.May be i am wrong but anyways if you have to exchange money in LR then you should go for alert pay or paypal.So i choose paypal.
