To open a new account, which is the best except Paypal

If I want to open a new account, which is the best to open among Alert Pay, Liberty Reserve and E-gold. Many forums are not accepting paypal. I have only one account with Paypal, I am hesitating to open either a new account or to join them. Please help.
I am Indian, pl suggest me that account with which, it would be easy to deal Indian Bank.

i think Alertpay is the best choice,because many site support alertpay to pay,but you also can register a Liberty Reserve.because some site need LR to pay.

yes. most of those ptc sites are all using alertpay for the payment and even that best ptc neo also prefer alertpay more than paypal now.
create another LR or paypal account is also affordable since that's totally free to hold the account there.
