i think that Alert Pay is really good though has high charges in withdrawing our money. but they refund our money when we aer scammed on gpt sites. so i recommend this one.

Ya.Alertpay returns money but i think paypal will also return.I am not sure about this but even paypal will not give money still i will go for paypal.

both paypal and alertpay have charge back facility but paypal always been trusted more than alertpay because paypal have own business like ebay but alertpay still yet to have..
