Well if their is problem with current account it will take some days to resolve problem and some one don't have that much time then he might open new account but he need to open Business account and for that he need to pay some money !

Well I always exchange with reputed people to avoid scam as well as paypal suspecting if somehow the exchangers involve in any wrong activity,

Yup i also use same method for avoid scam and my PP account is limited so i use my friends PP account to received money and get paid in my account.....

Well I never involve in any such activity in which i may get scammed or which is wrong in paypal's nature except exchanging with someone.

I have open an account with LR and now I am in a position join other forums or programes. Hope when the time would come to exchange LR, I will find a person to exchange LR with PP.

I will receive a payment in my LR account soon and will then look for exchangers and I am sure I will get one easily for sure.

Well i also not like to involved in this type problem but with i though that person will be good and we are getting good friends so i usually do LR exchange with him but he send me Fraud money and i am facing problem now !

Well that is sad to hear. that means without any mistake, you get your account limited for no reason...

Yes if he/she is known to our forum community, then you should reveal his/her name at once, we should be cautious about him while exchanging LR.

Well i know him very well but from last one month time i can't see him online any forum i think he might started new business or busy with some other work but last time when i have chat with him he told me is not going to scam anyone in future !

You mean to say that even after you got scammed, you had a chat with him? Right?

Well after all we are human and every one make mistake and he appolize for that fraud money so i have gave him
he send me Message in forum and he need to talk with me so i have removed his name blacklist !
anyway as he is not professional scammer but i have learn one thing don't believe any one !

yes it is correct for doing exchange we need to find guy that we can trust him and we need full information about him and now i got good friend circle and most of from local city only so it is really easy for me do exchange and get paid Hard cash in bank account directly !

Well with members if we do exchange their is no problem but if we do exchange with professional peoples and he know hoe to scam we get in trouble so we need to take preconscious every time !
anyway i also hope i will not get scam anymore now !
