ASVhost.com and qhoster.com servers are well-balanced and cheap.
And they are stable. Every time I've had a problem or question, I have been able to talk/chat with someone within a few minutes. Hosting is easy with them.

Try deals from time-tested company - hostingsource.com.
Not to mention the support has been phenomenal, they are helpful and listen to any question even if they think it's silly.

Quality customer support ties in closely with reliability and is something that should never be overlooked.
Well, QHoster.com gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface.
