Hello Lemon Don't Get Worried about it i am clearing your doubt in detail plz read carefully.
In wordpress u will find 2 options for writing 1 is Post and another is Page.
By using post option you can publish your general blog which will update/display in the front page of your site and by using the "Page" option you can create a certain number of static pages, just like :- About Me, Contact Us,Advertise With Us etc... This will be display on the top of your blog after the "HOME" option.
