i can just tell you this is a paying site currently because many people are promoting it and payout proof were shown by some people.

yes this site is still paying and a friend of mine just got payed by them. I tried to join under him but with my ISP problem I wasnt able to register too bad.

Well friends, the home page of the site says $2 instant payment where as the FAq says something different. Here is the copy-paste of the FAQ section:
When do I get paid?
If you have 25 clicks and at least 5$ as standard or 20 clicks and at least 2$ in your account as premium, you can get paid.
After you request your payment, you'll receive it instantly upon request or in less than 48 hours if AlertPay services are down.

Infact $2 minimum payout is for premimum member and not for standard member.

I am not a old member there but when I checked the site the site was back online so I thought I would let everyone know about it.
