Goodluck to you lemon! Just tell them the truth that you are not intending to do them harm or other people and hopefully they listen.

I think creating multiple account in paypal is not allowed and its too risky so better to avoid those things and if you have multiple accounts you need to report to paypal to avoid inconvenience in the future.

Yes the limitation is not permanant unless it's a serious issue so you can withdraw the money once the limitation is removed.

true. they only limitted the account for a certain period and after that time expired. we can withdraw all the money but if we need the money urgently. then that would be very inconvenient to us.

It is better to try to lift the limitation as soon as possible since 180 days (6 months) is really a long time to wait.

Yes you are right. 6 months is a very long time. When my account was limited I simply provided them the documents they needed and then they immediately restored my account once they knew I was not cheating or intended any harm to them.

I dont understand what is the problem of paypal?they are getting commission for transaction so what is their problem ?and many people are making different paypal accounts ,they are not facing any problem?I think as that person complained against you paypal suspecting your account activities and having a vigilant eye on it.
