how young is the admin here. anyways, i think that he was able to open a forum like this makes him prepared hopefully to run a forum. i hope that he is earning well online though he is still young.
The both the admins of MTC are just 15 years old, and they don't have even any bank accounts. That's why I suspect if they can pay members when there are many payout requests. Right now there are very few payout requests so it's not an issue.
