Admin, your forum is growing, but then still need some times to slowly getting more members.

why MTC change new layout frequently? I like the wooden layout, it is cool and i feel comfortable when I posting on the site.

i changed the skin because hearing complain that no one can see the text and some problem with that theme and the problem is i cant add sidebox so i thought of finding a new professional theme and dont worry these theme wont be changed for a whil because everything is working in these theme

Well, if you enable the donate button, i am sure there will some members abusing your system there. It is a good moves to disable it. Your forum is running well with the current payout rate, if you increased it, i think it will be harder to get actives members.

i think this is the forum with high rates and less payout but i dont see any members increasing 3 month forum start and only 126 member that kind of some problem.yeah we wont enable donation systel and get abused by the donation system

now with the mmk reducing rates,laptop discussion and destroy debt stopping ptp members will join this forum.as this forum pays 1st payment through EVO,many members don't like new payment processor and it has maximum limit of earning only 8 usd.members want to earn fast.but now they are realising that this forum is paying regularly and is now 3 months old many members will join.

sushila if you guys need i can increase the rate and keep a reasonable minimum payout but the problem is sometime i will close this forum if i run in a loss or sometimes i will reduce the rate at that time so mmk same situation will happen to me.so i guess i dont want that happen and i need these rates forever if any urgent only we will decrease.

in my suggestion one admin should fix the rate according to his pocket members can demand anything but as an owner you should look to your capacity.

i never say that rates are low in your forum.rates are reasonable.there is no need to increase.as there is limit to earn per month that many members don't like that is why members are not joining though u r trying very hard to promote in many forums.but with many forums down ,this forum will have many members.

yes that a advantage i can have now because since mmk and destroy went i think my site will get good members which comesfrom mmk and help my site with qualitive post and i guess this skin is good and it matching to a professional one

yes the new skin is better than the former 2 and it's easier to read and check now. have you fininshed all the design already?

There is no need to do any changes if you think increasing rates will lead to you run in loss for your forum. We want a stable forum that always paying members, not a high rates forum that only paying 1 or 2 times then gone when you lost. I bet now more members will joining soon, or else you can start some referral contest to encourage members to look for member?

So the rate hasn't increased now , i guess someone at other forum gave wrong information about it.

On this point i agree with Sushila one disadvantage of your forum is limit of withdrawing ,but as you have plan to run teh forum for long time so it is also ok.

I know you have this doubts cos you are referring to a post from DMT forum where a members posting a old thread without notices the date of the annoucement. Thats is 2 months before rate, now the rate did not changes at all, remain as 3 cents per post.

Is it your sister is archy? if i not mistaken last time you did said both of you would like to join in this forum on your previous post? i just notices archy posting in other thread, and now you are posting here. Is WMM forum allow multiple account with the same ip here?

yeah i was confused by the post in dtm forum , but i think admin said that this was earlier rate , so now everything is clear to me.

i feel your site is comparatively slow than before changing the skin ,i dont know if i'm correct or not ,after logging in i'm finding it very difficult to to get the index sections first.

Yeah, it always take some times to laod the main index of the forum, i think may be is those newly installed features and link? I am not really sure just to point out that it semm slower than before. When am wait for sometimes for the site to load, i tend to click on the other site to post, and forget to come back then.

even i am facing this issue , the site is loading very slowly moreover,
the layout is very good and pleasant looking i liked this one a lot. please dont change it to anytihng else..
