well it is great that some people are interested to take this job without pay. that will surely help the site a lot and will help this forum to earn hopefully online and in turn help us earn something with our posting.

Because you didn't read previous posts, so you don't understand what indieover is trying to say. They are saying about become a mod there is voluntary works, they did not get paid anything for it, just like us normal members they get paid the same for their posting only.

yeah we are paid to post there. even the mods i guess are paid to post there. but they are not only to keep the forum working well without any spam. those extra works that the mods do are not paid. but still if you have lots of time it is not a bad idea of being a mod here without pay. maybe i will apply just for the reason to train or experience on what it takes on being a good mod.

his is good idea as admin. is too young and has no experience how to run forum so your decision to become mod will definately help him in his work.u can share your experience and learn how to manage forum well.

I am not really care about the ages of the admin, as i know earnings on internet in borderless. As we see there are many young blogger who able to earn $10,000 per month, so, even a your admin is able to make his forum well if he willing to.

well as long as they earn from that site and they keep honestly paying people, i really dont mind about their ages at all.

how young is the admin here. anyways, i think that he was able to open a forum like this makes him prepared hopefully to run a forum. i hope that he is earning well online though he is still young.

well there was a rule in this forum that if you get a referral you have to post about it somewhere in the forum and then you would get a bonus for that.am i right?if yes then please tell me more about it as i have 2 referrals now.

Yes, when you get your referrals, you have to post in the referrals thread in the main announcement and rules sections. After that, wait for admin to check and credits you for your bonus. Anyway, your referrals must be an actives referrals in order to get the bonus.

The both the admins of MTC are just 15 years old, and they don't have even any bank accounts. That's why I suspect if they can pay members when there are many payout requests. Right now there are very few payout requests so it's not an issue.

hey i didn't know that the rate per thread was low before and they have increased it now. i have joined the site and from my first post itself the rate was the new rate so i was lucky and today itself i have enrolled myself for the weekly lottery that is going on.i liked this site.

I don't really understand what you means by a 15 years old admin don't have any bank accounts? In my country even a 3 years old kid also can open bank account, of cos with the linked account with their parents, but after 12 years old they are free to have own personal account. I think you should not be too skeptical about the ages of admin to determine the site.

Of course running forum can earns well, as we can get sponsorships and advertiser for the forum. Futhermore, if a forum is with a good traffics, we get more profits by joining affiliate programs. If the admin really do not want to continues his forum, he still can sell off his forum for money, as high traffic forum can sell for good prices.

The admin told me he didn't have a bank account. Right now the forum is sponsored by Evo so he is able to pay members. Let's hope in the future also he will get some sponsors so that he can continue paying members.

Yes very correct. To be get paid fot the referrals referrals should have to post at least 25 posts in the forum. And once your referral post 25+ posts then only you should start new thread for the referrals.

personal bank account has no link with the forum.i read in other forum that exams of admin. is now over so i wish that they concentrate more on running this forum in their vacation and get more sponsors to run forum for longer time.

I have just received my 2nd payout of $2 through LR from MTC club today. It proof again the admin is trustable one, hope to see more members joining with this proof here :

is it that after my referral posts around 25 posts then only i have to open a thread in the referral section?if at all i don't know how many posts my referral has posted then what should i do?can we check that who is our referral in the forum?
