It seems to me accounts from rockhoster.com and legionbox.com can be quite suitable for you.
The support is so helpful and the servers are so great. Just incomparable services to anyone else! Just unbelievable.

Good selection of servers: Switzerland, Germany, USA, Russia.
Just here to say that cloudarion.com web host is a really good provider, amazing support, their own severs (not some reseller stuff), great price, it's got it all!

QHoster.com and hosting.uk deals are worth trying.
Their technical support seems to know what they're talking about when you have questions. And they offer alternative solutions to problems.
