But the minimum payout should be low.. like $2 to $10 ... not more than that.. and whenever anybody request for payout... then don't take so much time dear... as soon as possible do it.. Quick payment gives u lots of members as well as raputation also... :wink:
I agree with paramita that the rate per post is not so much important as the payment conditions. Like low rate per post and low payout at 2$ is also acceptable to the members.
Secondly, the delay in making payments creats bad impression in the minds of the members and they become inactive which in turn affects the reputation and earning of the forum.
