I've been with hostingsource.com cheap web hosting for just under a year...their support is good, they always respond within a few hours, and often within a few minutes. The servers are pretty good, and they have a support forum too.

Try servers from the best reliable providers, I mean QHoster.com and Exmasters.com.
Their prices are unbelievably low taking into account the amount of resources included in their plans and having deals with them means your business is in the firm hands.
