What host would you choose? And why?

I am glad to use QHoster.com service.. From pre-sale, transferring my site to the new server or for special support request, the help offered by their support team was absolutely fantastic. Thanks them a lot. I get low cost, good service and no problems.

Use hosting plans from reliable providers: hostingsource.com and owned-networks.net.
Support is second to none. I have always received quick and reliable help. I find the teams very willing to get to the root of problems and determined to resolve all issues.

I wonder if you might want to consider CDN instead of such huge package?
You can check here: https://hostry.com/products/cdn/
I believe that would be way more cheaper.

KVChosting.net and rockhoster.com deals are worthwhile.
I have found the support service provided by them to be of high quality with staff very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and services.
