i saw those links ,they are giving sub domain facility not your domain.Means like blogspot etc.Still it is good for those who dont mind subdomains.

Can we make money with this kind of site? I heard about some social something sites where we are paid to make blogs, uploads pictures, etc, but the money we will get is so little. Is there anyway we can make good money out of this?

I don't think you can make money with social something sites. you can circulate your blog/website through it very well and so the pagerank of your site would also increases.

Difference is many one is book marking other is social networking or gathering ,making friends etc.
