I like mydreams.cz anonymous server hosting deals. The price is about 49,99 USD/month (or comparable in EUR/GBP/BTC etc.) without VAT. It is physical server in Czech Republic with one public IPv4 address.

ASVhost.com and kvchosting.net plans are worth every cent you pay for their services.
Their support people are very attentive.
They have set the bar high for other hosting out there and it will be extremely hard to beat. I have finally found a hosting company that I will be a life-long customer with.
