I already sent them 3 support tickets asking them how many hours it takes to process withdrawal request, but so far no reply.

I'm sorry to hear this lemon_1800. I hope they truly try their best to get your money back. They are not responsible for the exchangers in their directory? Well they should be, their reputation will still be somehow affected by these third parties.

The thing is they stated on their home page that once a payment has been done, it is irreversible. So if one exchanger scams then according to their policy they may not help person who got scammed. Hopefully they help the members who uses their service.

As per the TOS they will not be responsible if we are scamed but I think that they are trying to help the members in such cases as they are new and they want to earn the reputation of an honest and helpful payment processor. It is good thing and let us hope that such things become part of their services.

Anyway, they are quite clear they are not going to refund in case if I got scammed. Let's wait one week.
Wati for 1 week only evowallet will take actions? I think evowallet should at least ususpend that transction first to prevent the scammer able to withdraw or send the money out to others. If they clear themselves then only allow the transaction to processed. IT is common in payapl, they should have this type of services too.

I agree with kaistiang that EVO should suspend that transction. However, this is not as per their TOS. So till the time "lemon" gets the funds back to his account, there will be some sort of anxiety.
I also believe that this facility should be a regular feature of EVO too just like paypal. I generelly like to make the payments through paypal, mainly because of this reason. Since it provides this facility, we can request them the suspend the transaction if we are scamed. Ofcourse, some time limit will apply for this facility which is quite logical.

Friends, finally I received the LR from real-exchanger just now, so my problem is solved. So you people can also use real-exchanger.com to exchange your Evo for LR with low fees without any hesitation. It's really a real exchanger.

I cannot understand about their fees, but I got paid 35.54 LR for 39.50 Evo. But I can see their minimum exchange fees is $3 and 10% fees for Evo to LR. I don't know then how come 35.54 LR for 39.50 Evo.

Friends, again bad news, Real exchanger also disabled Evo exchange like GMX, so right now we don't have any exchanger for Evo. I mean you cannot do anything with your Evo now.

Its really horrible to note all these exchangers we got to depend on as L.R will not have direct withdrawal like Paypal

Oh.. i long time didnt check this thread, neve thought that GMX and real exchanger both are not supports the exchange for evo anymore. In this case we have no place to do exchanges, then evowallet is like a useless currency to us. I hope evo can do something on these.

Glad to know that you are sucessfully exchanges the money from real exchanger, but as you said they are currently not supported evo exchanges after exchanging with you, it is really bad again that we will lost a good source of exchanger this time. Hope they resume the services soon.

i checked the real-exchanger, and now it is not allowed to do an exchange from EVO to LR. and minimum GMX fee is still $5.
