You are testing a new exchanger site with the evo exchanges? I did see this exchange site in the evowallet site before, i think it should be a trustable one, if not you can file the report to evo, and evo may return back the money to you.

Is that right? I thought that EVO will not return back the money to us. Perhaps, I read something like that on the EVO site only.

I am not really sure about that, just i see in some other forum before that someone said that when they being scammed by the exchanger site, the file complains to evowallet and able to get the money back. Is this rules recently changes already?

Actually, according to the TOS of Evo, once we are scammed, we cannot get back our money or money is refundable. But only once when I was scammed by Ecuex.info they refunded my money from their pocket i.e. we can say a promotional offer. But now our fund is not refundable (that is what Evo TOS says)

Friends, now more than 18 hours passed since I withdraw my LR, but it's still showing pending status and LR hasn't arrived in my account. I wonder if "real-exchanger" is a scam or what. This is very new exchanger so there is no point my order is waiting in queue. Hopefully, they will process it before 24 hours.

I am waiting for your good news about your exhanges. May be today is public holiday, the site admin is not online to make any pending process? Since you said there are just started and small, so, their admin is not professional as well.

Well, it seems the admin is not professional, otherwise he should have processed it by this time. Now it's almost 23 hours. To access Internet, public holiday is not really a reason. Anyway, I will wait until tomorrow i.e. for 48 hours, then I will send a support ticket to Evo wallet asking them to freeze the account of the scammer.

Good, scammer has to be punished. Before that, did you send any email or support ticket to the exchanger site before you do exchanges with them? Now you should send them email to ask about your exchanges status, see whether they reply you or not.

I yesterday itself send a support ticket to them asking how many hours it would take to process withdrawal request, though it was claimed, reply would be made in 24 hours, so far there is no any reply (more than 27 hours passed). Nor the LR arrived in my account even after 31 hours. Now I feel it's a scam. I have lost 39.50 Evo. I also sent a support ticket to Evowalet, and waiting for their reply. This time though I believe they are not going to refund me my lost money, I hope at least they will freeze the scammer account.

I am sorry to hear that you may get scammed by this exchnager site. You have done a fast action to report it to evowallet for freezing their accounts, as this will prevent them from getting the money away, if the money is still with them, i think evowallet may also returened back the money to you.

I said I sent a support ticket to Evo just a few hours ago, and I'm waiting for their reply. Usually it takes 24 hours for Evo wallet to reply. I hope they will take some action against it. I will be glad if they refund my Evo, though I have very less chance because in Evo site home page they have clearly written similar to "no chargeback or refund can be made".

well this is not ethical if you really think from the customer view point.
even in business one of the moral values is the customer satisfaction

I got a reply from Evo wallet that they are not responsible for the exchangers in their directory. Anyway, they asked me to wait for a week, and until then if they don't process my request, they will try to contact the exchanger to see what they can find out. Anyway, they are quite clear they are not going to refund in case if I got scammed. Let's wait one week.

yes. evo have stated this on the site already so even that's they did you a favor to contact that exchanger. though they have right to refund you they won't.

I already sent them 3 support tickets asking them how many hours it takes to process withdrawal request, but so far no reply.
