I think that many people are downloading wordpress scripts and then installing it into their host server to create a blog. But I know we can directly create blogs by visiting the site "wordpress.org" or "blogspot.com", and there we have to just sign up and start writing posts, that's all, our blogs will be over.
Then why people are putting so much efforts of downloading and hosting the scripts. It sounds rather weird to me.
