i have also not created account in webmoney as no forum offers to pay in webmoney.it was founded in belize central american country created for russian people but now widely used.i read tht russians use it even to pay their bills locally.

I don't find any site take webmoney as the payment processor, but i can find a legal website to do an exchange from WM to my country currency.

The reason why WMZ is still popular is that it can be easily withdrawn into bank in some countries where PP doesn't support that facility. Particularly Russia and other countries near to it.
