Why people r creating blogs? Why not at least free website?

Exactly correct. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Now it is totally depends on the users choice based on his/her requirement. I prefer to have site and not blog. If I am having some personal things or want to do some kind of business then having website is more better then starting business using blog. But if person having no money initially then he/she can start business initially using blog site and later can shift to website.

i am improving my blogs though i have site.
as to me it is easy to improve my blog and i have experience about it.
and it is free and i no need to worry about the problem of host when it happens.
