How much disk space, bandwidth does your project requires?
Can also recommend hostforweb.com shared hosting deals.
Server uptime 99.99% and support i rarely use it since i am an experienced webmaster.

Why not to try Centohost.com web host a try?
Their tech support always answers my questions within 5 minutes.
And they have even given me PHP support mySQL support.
