QHoster.com and libertyvps.net plans are good enough to have a deal with.
Very friendly and fast support, they know what they are doing. Good and fast servers.

Having compared all the mentioned web hosts here, I am 100% sure Libertyvps.net would be the best bet.
The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of the support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions.
