If you want to sell your blog, and need to find out what you be the minimum asking price, you should go by the following calculation:

Buyers usually want a blog with good content and good traffic, nothing else matters to them more. Therefore, put a value to your traffic. Say, at least 10 cents for each unique visitor you receive daily.

Then, calculate your earnings from the various revenue generating sources on your blog, like, google adsense, bidvertiser, kontera, chitika, any pay per impression ads and so on.

Ask for a price that is at least up to 6 months of the total revenue your site generates. For example, if your site is earning $30 per month by various means, start the bid from $100 to the minimum, and look for anything between $150-$230. There is no need to sell a site for $50 who is earning you 30 bucks every month.

I hope it makes things clear.
