Hostsailor.com and QHoster.com VPS deals are the best.
Support is always very kind and helpful they are reachable via phone call, so it is easy for you to explain what you need to get fixed if there is a problem.

Fantastic host and they have gone above and beyond the usual business to help get my site up and going. I've been moving from host to host trying different ones out, and so far Rockhoster.com have been the best. Top notch support, affordable pricing, and I haven't seen a bit of downtime.
Highly recommended.

Try narrowing your list of options by looking at the cheapest web host package that can meet your needs at the same time.
Take a look at LusoVPS.com and their cheap VPS deals. Excellent value, features, reliability.

I have several accounts with Asvhost.com provider, and they continue to impress!
Time is money and even 99.99% may not be good enough.

rockhoster.com is a good option, but not only and you should not be concentrated on them only. Also I would recommend you to have a look at: qhoster.com. They do have multiply locations in Europe and provide really good service.
