24/7 phone/chat/email support, the tech support people usually go above and beyond what they should have to for the amount they charge.

I would recommend you having a look and check rockhoster.com. They have various deals to start from shared hosting up to VPS.

I would definitely recommend Cloudarion.com VPS hosting accounts , a decent host, to others.
Pretty easy to get an account and get setup, any problems have been dealt with in a timely fashion.

Give Cloudarion.com a try. They have servers in Switzerland, Russia, Germany and USA.
I have found them to be the best host for support, advice, and pricing out of several hosts I have ever seen before.
