Yes, there are some HYIPs and AutoSurf which still use AlertPay. I think it's better to choose those sites. But I often read in their terms that we can't refund our money whatsoever (it makes me think that they really intend to scam us since the very beginning), so I hope AlertPay will still be wise about this.

I've never get any fee whenever I receive and send money using AlertPay nor PayPal. Maybe your AlertPay is not Personal Starter (we don't get any fee in Personal Starter).
