Hostsailor.com and asvhost.com are the best Netherlands hosting providers.
Sincerely excellent customer service and will happily continue working with them for the foreseeable future! Every time I needed specific help, they were always there to help me out with my request. Think of having a deal with time-tested companies: hostsailor.com and hostround.com.
They are VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.
