I feel the same way. As they have reduced the rate, the activity is decreased and that will affect the earning through advertisements. So ultimately due to lesser earnings the admin will find it difficult to make payments. So unless, the admin finds out some other alternative (as a sponsor or some good advertisements) it will be very difficult for admin to pay to the members.
