ohh so I need to upgrade account to get paid 100% in paypal. Well I don't prefer to upgrade account.. because even if I will upgrade there - then also it is not possible for me to be more active to earn that upgraded amount.

Better I will open Evo Account and then exchange it with someone.. or lets see.. Payout for Evo is 5$ right and payment request is every monday for Evo?? AM I Correct??

If your final purpose to exchange to paypal is for withdrawal to your local bank, then i will advices you just request payout through evowallet. Since evowallet now has already have an option to withdraw money direct to your local bank with only 2 or 3 % services charges. It is cheaper services fees compare with paypal withdrawal to local bank.

This is a good idea but tell me one more thing, I am in india and this facility is available in india.. can I request money to my bank account directly? If this can be done then I prefer to use Evo and not other payment processor in noexpiry forum.
