Well, I don't think it's a limitation or something, because for just joining the referrer will not get anything. The referral has to make 30 posts, and any referral won't accept less than $1 for 30 posts, but the referral bonus is just $0.25 or $0.50 so I don't think it's a big issue.
I think if a members would like to offer cash money for referrals to join, i don't think anybody will interest about it. Since we are only getting 25 cents per referral, how much we can offers? 10 cents for a member to post 30 posts there? so, i think it wont help to promote with cash money, may be the good way is still through blog review.
